Before payment made, please double check and make sure all details are correct:
- Your credit card is required for payment confirmation.
- Room rates will be charged upon confirmation.
- Refund only applicable if there is error in transaction and any cancelation need to go through our cancellation policy.
- No changes on Check-in dates.
- No changes on selected hotel branches.
- Check-in time is after 15.00hours and check-out time before 12.00 hours

- Check IN Time : 1400HRS
- Check OUT Time : 1200HRS
- Late check out charges BND$ 10/HOUR & check out after 1800HRS will be charge one(1) night room stay.
- Key card lost: BND$ 30.00/PER CARD
- Early check in : Depending on room availibility
- Any defect : Charge to guest accordingly
- EXTRA BED(01) : BND$ 35.00/NIGHT & BND$45.00/NIGHT WITH BREAKFAST
- Complimentary one(1) BABY cot upon request.(SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
Child Policy
- One (1) child below 12yrs old stay on complimentary basis provided sharing existing beddings with adults.

Cancellation:
- Please take note that should you cancel your reservation within 72 hours (low season) and 7 days (high season) before arrival date will be considered as “No Show” and this will incur First Night Room Charge.
- 24 hours / 1 day before date of check in : Will be charge of one(1) night stay 48 hours / 2-day before date of check in : Complimentary
No-Show / Shorten stay:
- First Night Room Charge will be charged on your credit card for NO SHOW.
- No refund in full or in part will be made for un-utilized services included in the package or for shorten stay and no-show.
